After the entry closing date, the category sponsors and/or judges will shortlist each category. Following this, all shortlisted entrants will be asked to submit a short video, which will be sent to our category sponsors and judges.

The shortlisted entrants will be notified w/c Monday 10thSeptember 2018 onwards.

Following this, all shortlisted entrants will be asked to submit a short video, which will be sent to our category sponsors and judges. We can recommend filming companies (if required) or you can film via your own sources, all we ask is that the sound/video quality is a decent quality as these will be shown at both the final judging day on Thursday 18thOctober and then on the screens at the Awards Ceremony on Friday 16thNovember 2018 at The Hilton, Gateshead, you will want to ensure that you and your company are shown in the best light.

Please be aware, this video will be shown at The Awards Ceremony, therefore, we suggest that you plan your video and give yourself sufficient time to produce a film you are proud of, which illustrates perfectly the purpose of the company & what it does, your role within the organisation and why you feel you should win the award.

The shortlisted entrants will be notified during the first week of August.

The Category Sponsor’s/Judges will then present their feedback to our core Judging Panel on Thursday 18th October 2018, with winners to be announced at the awards ceremony on Friday 16th November 2018 at The Hilton, Gateshead.
